HOW TO ORDER IN OUR ONLINE SHOP?

Ordering on our site is very simple, just follow the 6 key steps along your journey in our online store.

1 - REGISTRATION AND LOGGING INTO OUR SHOP:

In order to be able to order on our online store, you must first create your account. To do this, simply click on the “connection” (login) tab which you will find at the top right of the page you are viewing if you are browsing on a computer. Or at the top left by clicking on the "MENU" button, a list unfolds and you can click on the "CONNECTION" tab.

Once the connection tab is validated you will be required to enter your email and password if you already have an account with us. If you are a new customer, you can create an account by simply clicking on the "register" link which is located just below the "SIGN IN" button.
Once you have clicked on the "register" link, you will be redirected to a registration form for entering your contact details as well as your chosen password. Once this step is completed, you will be able to connect very easily to our shop in the future.

2 - NAVIGATING AROUND THE SHOP:

It's very simple to order in our online store. Just consult the product page of your choice. To do this, navigate very simply through the different categories (Men, Women). Within these different categories, you will discover our various collections of clothing adapted to your preferences.

3 - CHOICE AND SELECTION OF YOUR ARTICLE:

Once you have selected your article, choose your size and the colour of your item. Please note that on the product page, you will find the size guide for the product you have selected. Refer to this carefully to make sure you select the right size. Once the colour and size have been chosen, all you have to do is click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

4 - REVIEW YOUR BASKET AND ORDER YOUR ITEM:

When you have selected your article and added it to your basket, click on the "ORDER" button which is inside your "BASKET" space. Please note that to validate your basket, you must click on the small square just above the "ORDER" button in order to acknowledge that you accept our general conditions of sale.

This space is displayed directly at the top right of the product page consulted when you click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button or when you click directly on the logo representing a shopping bag located at the top right of the product page. Of course, you can also continue shopping for other purchases in our shop. Once your chosen articles have all been added to the basket, you just have to click on the shopping bag logo in order to go to your basket.

5 - INFORMATION ON YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND SECURE PAYMENT:

Once the "ORDER" button has been validated, you will be directed to our different pages so that you can enter your contact details for the delivery of your items. When this is complete, all you have to do is pay online using one of our 100% secure payment platforms. For this, you will have the choice between different payment methods including PayPal and Mollie. These payment methods are among the most well-known and reputable payment platforms. We accept a wide range of bank cards, including CB, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple pay, Bancontact, Ideal and Giropay.

6 - FINALISING YOUR PAYMENT:

Once your payment is validated in our shop, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email will be the summary of your order, in particular the designation of your different articles and their prices. Also at the bottom of your email, you will find our contact address should you need to contact us with any questions you may have regarding your order.

From T-shirts and sweatshirt to track pants, all the range is made of top quality fabric. Most of our creations are 100% organic and fair trade. They are made from all types of classic fabrics and provide unparalleled comfort and softness. We are constantly searching for materials that meet our healthy and natural criteria. Organic cotton is an ideal natural fibre for sportswear, thanks to its exceptional characteristics. Our organic cotton clothing is very hard wearing and breathable. Among the other exceptional criteria, of particular note is the absence of any chemical substance harmful to your health. It is a perfect material for everyone with sensitive skin or with allergies. No more itching and other irritations! Your skin will thank you!

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our accepted method of payment is by bank card. You can pay for your orders

using your bank card (CB, Mastercard, Visa, American Express). You can also make payments via platforms such as Paypal or Mollie(CB, Apple Pay, Bancontact, IDEAL, Giropay).

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE SIZE OF MY GARMENT?

It is very simple: all you need to do is refer to the table of correspondences in terms of size. You will find the relevant correspondence table on each of our product pages. The size guide is very easy to use, it tells you the measurements of each of our creations by mentioning the size in width and in height. It is very important to refer to this guide carefully so as to avoid ordering a product that is not suitable for your body type. 

ARE YOUR DESIGNS ORGANIC CLOTHING?

Yes, all our creations are completely organic. You will find a very wide range of clothing made from bio and fair trade cotton in our online store. Bringing you organic and fair trade products is an integral part of our philosophy. Respect for the environment and the working conditions of our workforce is paramount for us. Valuing and protecting our environment while taking the human factor into account is essential for us, it represents the heart of our business.

SIMPLE AND NATURAL PACKAGING MADE OF RECYCLED CARDBOARD

We could have offered you a sophisticated package with multiple colours and ultra-design packaging. We could have offered you a sophisticated package with lots of colours and design packaging, coloured transparent paper, and plastic to make your eyes pop out. Instead, we chose to deliver your order using simple, uncluttered packaging made of natural materials and especially recycled cardboard. This choice may seem surprising considering the high quality of Strong Work's creations, but we believe that the use of recycled cardboard to protect the planet is a logical choice when organic cotton rhymes with ecology. Because the real added value of Strong Work sportswear is not in its packaging but in its content.

WHY AM I MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

No worries, this is completely normal. Please note that under exceptional circumstances, we sometimes have to send our customers parts of the same order in separate shipments. It is, therefore, possible that there may be a delay in the receipt of the items of your order. However, if you notice that the missing articles are not delivered to you in a separate package within the following few days, contact our after-sales service. We will work with you to check your order so that we can resolve this inconvenience. Please note that errors related to the reception of orders are extremely rare and for the most part are related to an error during the routing via the various carriers. In all cases, a simple contact on your part to our customer service team will be dealt with as quickly as possible and resolved either by the systematic return of missing products or by reimbursing you with the value of items not received if the item (s) are no longer in stock.

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Once your order has been paid for and validated in our shop, your items will be processed and shipped within 10 working days on average in the EU. For delivery times, you should receive your order within 6 working days on average in the EU. However, it may happen that in exceptional circumstances, this period may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In view of the health context, please take into consideration that production and delivery times may be extended.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN NORMAL?

We made the decision to offer a slightly longer delivery mainly because our clothes are unique creations made in limited editions. This carefully considered choice takes into account our respect for the environment by producing in a rational and logical way. We are developing new models while taking care to limit our environmental footprint. This requires voluntarily rationalised and limited production in accordance with our Eco-responsible and Fair Trade philosophy. Please be assured that we are doing everything to deliver each order as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has been paid for and validated by our shop, your items will be processed and dispatched within an average period of 10 working days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

It is very simple to find out where your order is; just click on the link in the email we sent you to confirm your order. This is the email which summarises your entire order with details of the different items. After clicking on the link provided by us, you will be directed to the website of our carrier. Then you just have to enter the order number and you will be able to track your delivery.

IS YOUR ONLINE SHOP FULLY SECURE?

Yes, of course. You can be confident that security is one of our priorities and that our online store is fully secure. All your data and transactions are completely confidential and secure, especially when paying online using the 256-bit SSL encryption protocol. This very high level of encryption is used by the largest banks and guarantees that you can order on our site with complete peace of mind.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If I made a mistake and ordered the wrong garment, or if I ordered the wrong size or colour, or perhaps if I gave the wrong destination address, can I be reimbursed ? Given the number of consequent returns that this type of situation could generate, unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement for these particular reasons. We therefore ask for your understanding and recommend that you take extra care when choosing your items during the process of ordering from our online shop.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AS EXPECTED BUT I AM NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED OR I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Yes, of course. If despite all the care taken in fulfilling your order, you are not completely satisfied or if you change your mind, you can be reimbursed. To do this, simply contact us by email within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of your order. All you have to do is return your order to us in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. Only the return costs remain your responsibility. Upon receipt of the return of your order and after verifying it we will proceed to your refund.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. HOW CAN I BE REIMBURSED?

It's very simple. If despite all the care taken in sending your order, your items are damaged on delivery, you just need to inform us of the situation by sending an e-mail to customerservice@strong-work.co.uk Once we have received the email describing the damage, please return your order to the address indicated in our general conditions and we will reimburse you in full.

I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If for any reason your order has still not arrived after 3 weeks, Strong Work will reimburse your order in full.
